Historical archive

Every incident the platform has ingested since it started polling, plus the historical record it absorbed: 4.5 million records with an earliest date of 1840 (measured 2026-10-10). Queryable by date, state and category, and reconstructable as a point-in-time snapshot of what was active on any given day.

Coverage
Continuous coverage from the 1930s with sparse earlier records; depth of lookback is gated by plan. Coverage before the platform began polling depends on what the absorbed historical sources recorded.
Freshness
Live incidents are archived as they resolve; the historical record changes only by a dated, reviewed import or repair.
Provenance
Archived from the same official feeds as the live dataset, plus the absorbed historical sources, each named with its publisher and licence on the compliance page and in /api/v1/attribution.

Paid plans; depth gated by tier.
