Disaster declarations

Disaster declaration status, by address or postcode

Whether a place sits in an area under an active natural disaster declaration or disaster funding activation, from official government sources. It reports declared-area status, never eligibility for support.

What it answers

By address: The status at the address itself, with its council area drawn on a map, the address pinned inside it, and how far it is from the next council.
By postcode: Every council area the postcode reaches, each with its own status, narrowed to a suburb when you name one.
Each record: The event, its AGRN, the dates the source published and a link to the official source.

Where it lives

The lookup is the Declarations tab in your DataQuoll dashboard: A$1 a lookup from a prepaid wallet, charged only when it returns an answer, or A$50 a month for 100 lookups. The same answers are in the declarations API, which is part of the Organisation licence.
