Industry calendars

The trade-industry calendar for each jurisdiction, read from the branch calendars that sites run on and normalised into one schema: RDOs, public holidays, part-day and restricted holidays, school holidays, industry shutdowns and union days. Every public holiday is the official Fair Work Ombudsman date, every school holiday is derived from the education department term dates, and every place a printed calendar disagrees with the official list is recorded rather than silently chosen. One call answers whether a date is a working day in a jurisdiction, and why not.
